fuckyeahtattoos: This is my second tattoo done by Dave Hood at Uptown Tattoo in New Orleans, LA. It’s a hamsa which is a sign of protection. The fingers are also closed which represents good luck. Lately I’ve been through some hard times and I feel as if I needed something to watch my back for me hence it’s placement. My artist did an absolutely beautiful job on it and I can’t ever imagine going anywhere else to get any future ink done. I now have a sense of safety that will hopefully bring me better times.
